Just a quick post to bring your attention to this event which will take place in March - 5000 poppies. Have a read and remember, there is still time to get in your crafted poppy. There is even a poppy patterns page that will help you out if you are stuck for ideas.

The group was created to provide some comfort to survivors following the devastating Victorian bushfires in February 2009 . We are a non-profit group that creates quilts to raise funds for those in need.
